Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

360 Coffee Tech Services will gladly accept all unused or defective merchandise for return. All merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging. *Important Note: Special Order Items, Electrical Items, Pump Heads, Solenoids and select items are typically NOT eligible for return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Most returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming your return has been processed. All orders will be refunded to the original payment type.


  • Items should be returned the way they were delivered
  • The product must be unused and in the original sealed packaging with all parts and accessories
  • For orders under 15 lbs, you are responsible for a $15 shipping charge per box/label if using a 360 Coffee Tech Services pre-paid return label
  • For orders over 15 lbs, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee plus a $25 return shipping fee per box/label if using a 360 Coffee Tech Services pre-paid return label
  • Freight and heavy items (ex. espresso machines, large grinders, brewers, etc.) have a 20% restocking fee and a $350 flat fee per pallet to cover return freight shipping.
  • If items are returned in a different condition than described, we may not able to issue a refund.
  • Special order and custom items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
